Tôn Thất Minh Nhật
Tôn Thất Minh Nhật (born in 1982 in Huế, Vietnam) graduated from Hue University of Fine Arts in 2007. His name has been associated with sơn ta (traditional Vietnamese lacquer), from researching and cultivating traditional techniques, to experimenting with the combination of mixed materials, turning lacquer practice into a personal ritual. Through lacquer, he projects memories and engraves heritage, especially ancient architecture features in Hue, where he lives.
